Review on the phone charm

I really love the pearl phone charm but i think the beads are not firm enough because my name keeps on moving making it hard to see it at first sight

The phone charm is quite strong, it can't be easily broken which is good.
The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because of the customisation, I added an emoji but it was not included. There should be a note saying emoji can't be added or there should be a way for emoji to be included. N.B: The phone charm is quite long from what I imagined
